Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using any SmartyApps product — SnapIt, AnswerBot, ClientDesk, LeadHunterAI, LeadScanner, or any future product we release — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
License to use
Purchasing a SmartyApps product (whether directly, via Gumroad, or via AppSumo) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to the plan or tier you purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software itself, its license keys, or activation codes.
Accounts
Some products (currently AnswerBot) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use any SmartyApps product to: violate any law; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass licensing/activation systems; overload, disrupt, or attack our infrastructure or third-party services we depend on; or use hosted services (like AnswerBot) to crawl, store, or distribute content you don't have the right to use.
Third-party services and marketplaces
If you purchased through AppSumo or Gumroad, their own terms of service and refund policies also apply to that purchase, in addition to these terms. Several products rely on third-party services (Google Gemini, Groq, SerpApi, Microsoft Edge TTS, and others) to function — your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms, where applicable.
Payment and pricing
Prices shown on smartyapps.xyz reflect direct purchases. Prices and terms for the same product on AppSumo or Gumroad may differ, since those are separate sales channels with their own terms — see our Refund Policy for how this affects refunds.
Intellectual property
All SmartyApps products, their source code, design, and branding remain the property of SmartyApps. Your purchase gives you a license to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers
SmartyApps products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep everything reliable, but we don't guarantee the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. AI-generated content (chat replies, auto-replies, transcriptions) may occasionally be inaccurate — always use your own judgment before relying on it for anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartyApps and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any product, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to hosted services (like AnswerBot) if these terms are violated, including abuse of the platform or fraudulent activation attempts. For desktop products, a terminated license may be deactivated on our license server, which will disable further activations of that code.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as products evolve. Continued use of a product after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
